A dedicated web based panel for school. From where school can access and control all of its data.

Create a school session, class, subjects and add teachers.
(Even though we will be helping a lot in adding up these data.)
Every teacher will receive a welcome text message in their registered mobile number.
Add students and assign them to their classes.
Students can be added in a bulk using Excel file as well.

And the school is all set to run on OniBus School Management System.

Teachers

A dedicated web based panel and android application for teachers as well. From where teachers can mark attendance and submit results easily. Also includes a time restricted chat with parent option.

Teachers can download the android application for teachers from GooglePlay.
Teachers can also use their panel from any browser as well.
On registration they will have to put their mobile numbers which they have submitted to the school and generate their password.
As they are already assigned to every classes by the school so nothing complicated has to done by the teachers.
Teachers can mark attendance of their assigned class only.
Teachers are able to add exam results for their respective class.
A time restricted direct chat option from parent is there. Where teacher and parent both can interact directly.

2 simple steps to start the teachers planel.

Parents

A dedicated android application for parent. From where parents can monitor their child's school activity.

Parents download the android application from GooglePlay.
On registration they will have to put their details and generate their password.
By this time parent will receive an OB code for their child while school was adding them on their system.
After registration parent can add their child by using the respective 8 Character OB code.
Once added they can monitor child's attendance and Results.
Parent will receive an sms if their child was marked as absent in any day of school.
Parent will receive school notices and via notification and notice board on the application.
A time restricted direct chat option from parent is there. Where teacher and parent both can interact directly.
